Any disc-based or downloadable DLC you’ve already purchased will be available for games via backward compatibility. However, as games are essentially emulated, you will not be able to purchase any new DLC via the Xbox store on your Xbox One.
Can you still get DLC for Xbox 360 games?
If you own DLC for any of your Xbox 360 games, it will still work on Xbox One. If you don’t, you won’t be able to buy it from the new console.
