This is not possible and it will never be: PS3 does not support crossplay. PS4 just started supporting crossplay with current gen consoles and PCs. GTA V or any Rockstar game does not support crossplay.
Can you use your GTA account on another PS4?
Any money you’ve purchased in GTA Online can only be transferred within the same console family. In-game money you’ve purchased on the Xbox 360 will not transfer over to the PS4 and vice versa.
