Basicaly, in the world options menu, there’s a button that says “Spawn biome”. When you click this, it brings you to a list of all the biomes. You just select one, and then it sets it to your spawn biome, and when you make the new world, poof! There you are in the exact biome you wanted!

I downloaded forge and then biomes O plenty but the biomes are not spawning for me. I went to creative and the wood and saplings are there. But the biomes don’t spawn naturally. If there’s a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers – If there’s no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Do you spawn less diamonds in the mountains?
Do diamonds spawn less in the mountains and extreme hills biomes? I don’t know if diamonds spawn less in mountains and extreme hills biomes or not, but I always seem to get extreme-hilly unlucky (sorry) with finding diamonds in those biomes.
Why are biomes not generating in feed the Beast?
Once a world is started you cannot change the terrain generation method (and the terrain generator picks the biomes to spawn). The only way to get BoP to work is to have the settings set to the BoP terrain gen before you generate the world.
