Does blinking a creature remove it from combat?
If a creature that is blocking is blinked, the creature it was blocking is still blocked. This is true any time a blocker leaves the battlefield before the combat damage step. If a blocking creature is blinked, it is removed from combat–it is dealt no damage, and deals no damage.
Do blinked cards have summoning sickness?
Yes. The creature leaves the battlefield and the equipment doesn’t, so the equipment becomes unattached. The creature comes back as a new object and the equipment won’t reattach to it on its own, you need an effect to equip it just like for any new creature.
Can you flicker tokens?
After Tutor Tuesday, I started reading about state-based actions. From what I can tell, a creature token can be flickered. The exile/destroy SBA on creatures will apply only before and after the resolution of the spell that caused the flicker effect – but not during its resolution.

Yep. If they have an ability that would do so, there is nothing stopping them (aside from Summoning Sickness, targeting, the usual). Unless you are playing with Area of Effect.
