Seraph crystals are acquired by: killing Seraph Guardians in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode. playing the Tiny Tina’s Lootsplosion Slot Machine in the tavern in Flamerock Refuge in the DLC Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. This is the only means of acquiring Seraph crystals in Normal Mode or True Vault Hunter mode.
Do seraph crystals drop in TVHM?
They can be Farmed in NVHM, TVHM, and UVHM from the eridium slots in Flamerock, but this is not a viable farm as a hit only pays out 3 crystals, so it would be best to find someone willing to farm crystals in UVHM for you.

Also you can farm this guy as many times as you want. After you kill him loot everything you want and then KILL YOURSELF do not save and quit or leave the room just commit suicide. When you spawn and go back into the room you can pay eridium to spawn him again.

Why do you get Seraph crystals on all modes?
I always thought it was a little silly for GB to make seraph items available on all modes, yet the crystals only drop on the highest mode. It defeats the purpose of having the items in other modes. i find the meteor shower worth buying. but other than that nothing really.
