What does flawless mean destiny?
The goal is to win seven matches while losing no more than three. Winning seven matches without a recorded loss is called “Flawless.” Power Levels are in effect for now, but Bungie says it’s exploring the idea of a cap. This means high-Power players can take you down easier while taking more damage.

Can you go flawless twice on same character?
Yes. But you will only get the full rewards the first time you go Flawless on each character every week. For any Flawless completion after the first one you will receive materials and a chance of trials weapon and armor from the Lighthouse Chest.
Can you still get Redrix’s Claymore?
Recently, Bungie announced only 8750 players had Redrix’s Claymore. (Redrix’s Claymore, by the way, is being retired in season four. If you’re one of the few who have it, you’ll still be able to use it, but you can’t earn it beyond season three.)
What percentage of players go flawless?
If i were to guess, I’d say about 3% to 7% have gone flawless. I believe by the time i went flawless I was a top 1.5% player at the last week of last season.
