Yes, you can select Redirect as the target of the counterspell. The Gatherer ruling that BJ Myers quoted sums up the matter nicely, but if you want to see the Comp Rules that the ruling is based on, here they are. A counterspell cannot be redirected to target itself based on rule 114.5: 114.5.
Can you change the target of a counterspell to itself?
No, it can’t. A spell is never a legal target for itself. You can’t redirect a target to an illegal target.
How do you redirect a spell?
You create a magical connection between you and an ally such that any spells targeting the ally (rather than an area or effect) are redirected to you. For example, magic missiles cast at your ally target you instead. Both you and your ally must be within range of a spell for the redirect to occur.
Can misdirection counter a spell?
Yes. Misdirection only targets the spell whose target you’re trying to change (Counterspell in this case); it doesn’t target the thing you’re trying to change the target to (which would have been a problem, since spells can’t target themselves).
