Tents offer no concealment from animals. They might as well be made of glass. To minimize spooking the animals I place my tents 150 meters or so away from need zones where I expect to find animals. That may be next to a stand or blind I intend to shoot from or it may not be.

An easy solution would be to store your valuables inside or underneath your sleeping bags inside the tent, so that if someone looks in, there is absolutely nothing suspicious about the tent in the first place.
