Chromatic fire+dragon fly mod. The Chromatic Fire allows any precision kinetic kill to cause the target to explode (Dragonfly, basically.) The black armory mod of enhanced dragonfly makes dragonfly stronger.

Explosive increases body shot damage and slightly trduced precision damage. It also mitigates damage fall off for extreme long range fire. Overall it is a good perk for scouts, not as good as it was in Y1, but still solid.

Yeah, I know. I have been informed that for some reason, Dragonfly Spec works on the explosions from Chain Reaction. Yes, trust me, put Dragonfly Spec on it, as it increases the radius and damage of all the Chain Reaction explosions. Takes things to an entirely new level, and I love it.

Is Firefly a good perk?
This perk is good for two reasons. The first is that it does slightly more damage to shields than a normal round. Second is that there is no distance fall-off for the explosive portion of the damage. Firefly is now a different unique perk for the Ace of Spades.
