The Dark Room teleport still happens on any floor even if you haven’t unlocked it yet. Dying in a sacrifice room while holding Missing Poster will unlock The Lost.
Are there Item rooms in the void?
Notes. Delirium’s boss room is a 2×2 room but appears as a 1×1 room on the minimap. Items awarded from defeating bosses in The Void can be from any item pool.
Are there sacrifice rooms in the chest?
Nope, not legitimately. The only non-standard rooms that appear in the chest are the Boss Room and the room beyond the Golden Door in the first room.
Why can the lost pick up Soul hearts?
When The Lost picks up an item, tarot card, or pill, you can see its arms that do not connect to its body. Internally, The Lost has half a soul heart, which is hidden behind a permanent Curse of the Unknown-like effect. The singular soul heart is why The Lost can “pick up” soul hearts, black hearts, and eternal hearts.
Do you get Item rooms in the womb?
Unlock Method Scarred Womb. From this chapter onwards, floors do not include item rooms or shops, meaning that all item buying must be done before the player leaves The Depths/Necropolis/Dank Depths.

Sacrifice Rooms are special rooms that contain a set of spikes in their center. Isaac can damage himself on the spikes for a chance to spawn a brown chest or a golden chest. The chance is determined by the seed, meaning Isaac must damage himself on the spikes a set number of times for a chest.
How does the globe of invulnerability spell work?
The spell is only designed to protect the person inside of it from spells coming from outside as stated in the spell text. A disintegrate spell can penetrate the globe as it is higher than the 5th level cut off, unless the sphere was cast with a 7th level spell slot or higher.
Can you use sacrifice room in endless mode?
It is possible to use a Sacrifice Room to access the Dark Room while in Endless Mode. This can be used to start a Victory Lap while the BASE MENT seed is active.
What happens if Uriel or Gabriel spawn in sacrifice room?
If Uriel or Gabriel spawn, they can be despawned by exiting and reentering the room. However, they will not drop the Key Pieces unless defeated. Angels drop nothing if the player already has their corresponding Key Piece. Angels can normally fly over spikes, but they take damage from Sacrifice Room spikes.
