Incompatibilities. Mending and Infinity are mutually exclusive. However, if combined with commands, both enchantments function as normal.

In my opinion, Infinity is better. Sure, mending is pretty nice, but bows aren’t that expensive and I can just craft a ton of bows to use when the enchanted one gets damaged. If you fight on a regular basis, chances are that you’ll burn through your arrows quickly.

With the infinity enchantment, you can use 1 arrow forever. With the mending enchantment, every bit of XP you get, a bit is removed for mending the bow. For pvp arenas, I really recommend infinity.
