This website will help you generate many commands for Minecraft Java Edition. Many of the specific options available for items and blocks can be generated with this tool. MCStacker began in 2014 and many new features have been added regularly ever since.
Can you use commands in bedrock?
In Bedrock Edition, when cheats is disabled, these commands can’t be used by players even if they have a high permission level. In Java Edition, if players have a high enough permission level, they can use corresponding commands regardless of whether cheats are allowed.
How to generate a command generated by mcstacker?

Is there a legacy version of mcstacker 1.8?
Look for the version selector under the command output window. This version has a 1.8 mode also which can switch between numerical item ids or item names. These legacy versions of MCStacker are not supported anymore.
How to use mcstacker to fix invalid XML?
= MCStacker attempts to fix invalid XML input. Should handle unescaped quotes, apostrophes and ampersands. Still chokes on > and < Please don’t use those when editing the XML.
