Can you get DLC for Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion?
You cannot access those DLCs. When you buy The Elder Srolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition, steam will tell you that you own both GOTY and GOTY Deluxe editions. It is bug but it’s been there for many years, so I don’t think anything will change anytime soon. I did buy the same version (GOTY) as you did and never had those dlcs.
