To claim your shiny Zeraora, you need to have Pokémon HOME and Pokémon Sword or Shield….Here’s how to use the code:
- Press X in Pokémon Sword or Shield to open the menu.
- Select Mystery Gift.
- Select Get Mystery Gift.
- Select Get with Code/Password.
- Enter the code you see on Pokémon HOME on your phone.
- Press OK.
Can I still get Zeraora?
Can you still get Zeraora in Pokemon in 2021? At the moment, there is no way to obtain Zeraora in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Pokemon GO, or Pokemon HOME. As such, only players who obtained Zeraora from a previous event are able to move the Pokemon to Nintendo Switch games.
Do Zeraora codes still work?
Zeraora codes stop being distributed on the 9th of November. (Still can be used, just can’t get them.) Zeraora codes expire on the 24th of January. (You can’t use them or get them anymore.)
Why can’t I catch Zeraora in Pokemon sword?
You can’t catch the Zeraora appearing in the Max Raid Battle, so don’t waste turn trying. Instead, if at least one million trainers defeat Zeraora in Max Raid Battles during the course of the event, Nintendo will reward those who took part with the option to receive a shiny Zeraora.

Yes. All of the above are shiny-locked, their shiny forms, including Necrozma’s are obtainable through events only.

Note that you don’t have to have the Expansion Pass to encounter or receive Zeraora.

Is Zeraora a mythical?
Zeraora is actually a Mythical Pokémon. The difference is that Legendary Pokémon are obtainable through normal gameplay whereas Mythical Pokémon are (usually) only obtainable through events.
Where to get Zeraora?
The only way to obtain the mythical Pokemon Zeraora is through code distribution. These events are normally done at various retailers, such as GameStop, where you will receive a download code for a Pokemon to use on your copy of the game.
