Should I let Lohse talk to Saheila?
Speaking to her will cause the demon to take over Lohse and attack Saheila. The remaining members have a choice of who to side with. The player can kill Saheila, but she can be important to both Sebille and Ifan’s quests. The optimal solution is to wound Lohse until she regains control and comes to her senses.
Should Sebille take root?
The Scion will request Sebille be the new Mother, and take root. You can interject at this point and tell Sebille to refuse, but if you do this, the Elves will attack you. If you agree, she will feel the Mother’s heart and obtain the “Rooted” talent, which gives +3 to memory.

If you give her the soul jar, she will open it, thank you, and reward you with a choice of uncommon equipment or a skill book. Party gains 30 attitude with her and 4200XP. If you consume her soul, Gratiana dies and leaves behind some rare loot, Astarte’s Tears, and a few skill books, and you gain 2100XP.

You can get to it by entering a hidden cave in the Hollow Marshes, just North-East of Abadia’s Sanctuary. It’s part of The Vault of Braccus Rex questline. Inside the vault itself is the Heart of the Tyrant. Another piece is located in the Braccus building located behind The Gargoyle’s Maze quest.
How do I get Braccus helm?
