I used to think dragging the bodies out of the settlement area may help when the cell reset. In one of those lighthouse settlement i thrown the bodies to off the hill into the ocean, never bother to check if the pieces disappeared or just sunk into the ocean. I have this problem at croup Manor. Dead ghouls everywhere.
