PC 360 XB1 If the Helm of Winterhold is in Yngol Barrow, instead of Yngol wearing his unique helmet, he may be wearing the Helm of Winterhold, making it impossible to retrieve the Helm of Yngol. PS3 If the jarl steps down, you can’t give him the helm.
