Ashran Basics
- To get to Ashran, you can take a portal from your Level 3 Garrison, or via an introductory quest from your Garrison.
- Mages also have city portals: Portal: Stormshield and Portal: Warspear.
- While Ashran is also the name of a world PvP zone, you will not be flagged in your faction hubs.
How do you win fast in Ashran?

- All grab song flowers in the dark woods for +15% to all stats.
- Have someone cap the Solar Sphere in the mines and guard it. Usually it goes uncontested.
- Use scrolls strategically (ie. defensive scrolls when they use their cooldowns).

To get to Draenor, you can pick up the quest The Dark Portal from the Hero’s Call Board in Stormwind or the Warchief’s Command Board in Orgrimmar. If this quest is not available, travel to the Dark Portal in the Blasted Lands and speak with Khadgar to start the quest.

To Stormshield: Lunarfall Level 3 Garrison (War Tower behind the garrison, outside the mine) Mages’ Portal: Stormshield spell. Stormshield is set upon a small outcropping south of Stormshield Stronghold, from which it is separated by a small bridge.
How do I get to Warspear from Orgrimmar?
Is there a portal from orgrimmar to warspear? This takes you directly to Warspear and is the fastest way. The portal to blasted lands next to Khadgar puts you at the Dark Portal, and then you can take that to Warspear.
How do I get out of Ashran?
Go to the Game menu (default Escape), click “Help” and then click “Character Stuck”.
How does Ashran battleground work?
Ashran is a level 100 instanced cross-realm “end game” world PvP zone found in alternate Draenor. Entering Ashran will automatically flag players for PvP combat, regardless of server type, and players will remain PvP flagged as long they are in the zone.
