You can try using Forge or modloader. Both contain a mod loader which (I think) tries to make conflicting mods work with each other. Forge and modloader are installed like any other mod, just search up “Minecraft forge” or “Minecraft modloader” and you should find them. You can try using Forge or modloader.

Why are some mods more compatible than others?
