Steam backs your saves up to the steamcloud. All you need to do is log into your steam account on a different pc, authorize it, then install dark souls, log into your gfwl account and done.

There is no general way of doing it. Some saves (depending on the game) are tied to the account and can’t be moved to another account. When sharing your games, please have the other person create and use their own account. This way they can be played through Family Share and it keeps the accounts separate.
