Backup the save file location, and copy it to the same location on the new computer. Location varies by game. If you copy your Documents folder and the steam folder you will have 90% of your saves.

Unfortunately right now, the safe file formats for the PC and Mac versions are not compatible. So even if you could move the right files to the right places you would not transfer your progress. I understand from one of the developers that a future upgrade may fix this. Until then Steam saving for the Mac version is disabled.
