The land to construct Lakeview Manor on can only be purchased after completing certain quests for the Jarl of Falkreath. The Jarl can either be Siddgeir or Dengeir of Stuhn, depending on the progress of the Civil War questline.
Can you own all 3 plots of land on Skyrim?
Yes, you can. Buying a piece of land does not preclude you from buying the others.
How do you become Thane of Falkreath?
Falkreath Hold (Capital: Falkreath)
- Get a bottle of Black-Briar Mead.
- Meet with the Jarl, Siddgeir. Jarl Siddgeir may ask the player to bring a bottle of mead to him, depending on their level.
- The Jarl will ask you to kill the Bandit Leader of a radiant location.
- Jarl will ask you to help three citizens.
- Become Thane.
Can you become a Jarl?
Vanilla-wise, there is no way to become Jarl of any city (as unfortunate as that is). There’s no way in vanilla. However, there is a mod to become High King of Skyrim.
Can you build all 3 houses in Skyrim?
The jarl of Dawnstar and the stewards of Folkreath and Morthal all have plots of land for sale. You can only purchase Morthal land if you are a thane of that hold. You can buy all 3 plots and build 3 new houses.
Can you buy land at Falkreath in Skyrim?
I do not have any radiant quests open for Falkreath, and Telka is currently the steward, with Dengeir as Jarl. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why I can’t purchase the land, as neither the Jarl or Tekla offer any radiant quests, and I am Thane already.
Why is the dialog not available in Falkreath?
Talk to Yarl he then will offer the dialog. The Falkreath issue that sometimes happens due to the Yarl or Steward Disposition towards you is to low and that’s why they don’t offer the dialog. Setrelationshiprank 3 or 4 will fix the disposition and the dialog will be available.
Do you have to kill Steward of Falkreath?
I have completed the main (Alduin) questline, The Thieves Guild (and become master), The Companions quest line, one away from Becoming Arch Mage in Winterhold, The Civil War questline, and I have not killed the steward (Helvard) of Falkreath (which apparently bugs it).
