When you have all those go into the Workshop menu and go find a settler you want to send out. Scroll over the settler and click the Supply Line button, on Ps4 it is R1. Now you can choose which settlement to send them to. You can do this with multiple settlers and connect all of your settlements this way.
How do Settlements share resources?
If you highlight over one of your settlers, you should see a “Supply Line” button option. Once you click that button, you’ll get to choose which settlement to send that settler to. And that’s basically all you have to do!
Do you need Teflon tape on supply lines?
You don’t need to connect the faucets to the water supply lines if they have hot and cold lines. Teflon tape can be used to seal and lubricate threaded pipe joints.
What can not be transferred along supply lines?
Craftable settlement items (furniture, turrets, walls) that are then stored in the workshop will not transfer, with the exception of crops. Please comment/edit if you can help answer any of these, to further clarify how supply lines actually work.
How are settlements connected in the supply line?
Settlements share resources with all other settlements that are part of its supply line network. Two settlements do not have to be directly connected.
How are food and water transferred along supply line?
Nukapedia claims that food and water will be shared across the line, for consumption by settlers, even though the UI might not reflect this. More testing is still required on this, but from what I can tell, food and water is indeed transferred along supply line, but not in an obvious way.
How are mods transferred along the supply line?
Mods are available to be added to a weapon if they are in a remote settlement’s workshop. Weapons and Armor will not automatically be broken down into components when crafting, so will not transfer via supply line. Furniture, Walls, Turrets, Shops and other craftable settlement stuff will not transfer via supply line, with the exception of crops.
