- Use only large ships (battleships and titans).
- Spam as many arc emitters as you can, and for the rest use kinetic weapons (FE are heavily reliant on shields).
- Favor artillery computers in your battleships and give your fleets admirals with longer weapon range.

Nope, what makes them Fallen is that they no longer produce ships or expand. They’re just hyper-advanced Juggernauts that do nothing (unless they’re awoken).
Are awakened empires a crisis?
No, it’s not. But the endgame crisis were pushed back 50 years so they don’t overlap. As in crisis appear 50 years later than the endgame crisis year or when the war in heaven happens it bumps it 50 years back? War in heaven is a crisis, awakened empires on their own are not.
What does Vassalization do Stellaris?
They give you +0,25 influence if you accept and then gets -80% to research cost. Once they have 50% of your researched techs they become a vassal. Vassal: this goes along with an assimilation or external growth strategy. They stop expanding and do diplomacy.
