You can change class in Ghost Recon Breakpoint by visiting a bivouac at any time. There are four Ghost Recon Breakpoint classes, Assault, Field Medic, Sharpshooter, and Panther. You can press E at a bivouac location to deploy it, and simply choose the tactics tab to change your classes in and out.

Originally they all respawned after a period of time or logging out/in. Then bug was introduced where they stopped respawning, period. They claimed to have fixed this two patches ago, however in my own experience it only fixed some of the locations for my main/original character and others still wouldn’t respawn.
