The last coin cache is between the base camp and the ruined chancel with the shallow pools where you fought the Trinity soldiers. To get back there from the base camp, go up the stairs to the south and around the corner. The cache is buried in the corner to the right of the first low wall.

Lara needs to climb around the captives’ cage and land on the next platform. Use the pry axe and open both valves on the ledge she’s on. Use a fire arrow to ignite both taps simultaneously (shoot from the side and blow both). This will set the crew free and Lara escapes to the mega battle known as the Solarii Fortress.

My last two items in Geothermal Valley are two survival caches. I suspect that I missed one of those maps/backpacks that reveals their locations because everything else is marked as found in the Region Summary.
