- Make sure you’ve completed your Sinnoh Pokedex.
- Fly to Sandgem Town.
- Head to Professor Rowan’s laboratory at the top of the town.
- Speak to Professor Rowan.
- Professor Oak will appear and hand over the National Pokedex.
