The Pachinko Game, also known as Pachinko Pain, Pachinko, and The Pachinko Mini-Game is a hidden minicourse in Super Mario Sunshine. It is located in the hole under the bridge between Delfino Plaza’s cannon and the Boathouse, indicated by a coin. This level is designed like a pachinko machine, hence the name.

- Put money in the machine (cash only) on the left side.
- Press the ‘Play’ button (marked’玉貸”).
- Turn the round lever, which will let metal balls shoot out. Continuously hold it, so balls keep shooting out.
- Aim the balls for the upper left area of the pachinko board.

Delfino Plaza has more Shines than any other area, with 40 all together. 24 of these are bought with Blue Coins at the Boathouse.
How do you complete chain Chomplets unchained?
You will need to hose down the chain chomps and then grab their tails using B. Then while holding down the B button, use the Analog stick to aim the monster. Pull back on the Analog stick to start the snap attack. When you let go of the B button, you will snap the chain chomp forward.
How many shines are in Mario Sunshine?

There are a total of 120 Shine Sprites in Super Mario Sunshine. You’ll only need to collect 50 Shines to “beat the game.” Collecting all of them will earn you a different ending and of course, bragging rights.
Where are the blue coins in Delfino Plaza?
There is a second X in the southwest corner of town, at the end of the pier, behind the building with a Shine visible through the window. If you spray off one X, a blue coin will pop out of the other, but it will disappear if you can’t get to it quickly enough.
Can you win money playing pachinko?
You can’t win cash when you play pachinko, at least not directly. However, you can end up profiting hard yen currency if you go through a few extra steps. First, you will need to redeem your pachinko balls for prizes, and leave the redemption area as if you were going home (or back to your hotel, as it were).
