Can you deploy an army on an enemy planet?
You can’t embark defense armies, but can embark Assault armies and just plain armies. There’s no technology needed, and you don’t seem to be able to modify the troop transports. They default to Passive mode, so you might want to change them to Evasive after they’re built. – DCShannon May 16 ’16 at 13:35 Thanks for contributing an answer to Arqade!
