Accessing a new Invite Only Session
- Open the Pause Menu.
- Navigate to the “Online” tab and select it.
- Scroll down to “Play GTA Online” and select it.
- Then select the “Invite Only Session” option and you will be taken to a new private session.

Have him log in to social club, and go to the “Manage crew” tab. There, he can promote/demote members. At the commissioner level, you should be able to manage most everything in the crew that you need.
How to do jobs and missions as a crew?
Easiest way ive found is to start the job, set your matchmaking to closed if you don’t want randoms, then invite your crew members. But I’m usually in a lobby with only them so maybe its easier. “Look at him christen!
