How does bleed work in outriders?
When you are afflicted by the Bleed status, you will receive damage over time while moving. The damage is equal to 2.5% of the the caster’s Anomaly Power every 0.5 seconds. The damage is further increased by the Status Power bonus attribute. Enemy NPCs receive damage over time regardless of whether they are moving.
