How do you unlock the bullet in enter the Gungeon?
To unlock the Bullet you must beat the past of at least one of the standard characters. After that, bullet kins which won’t attack you can spawn randomly in any room (but they’re more likely to appear on later floors). Just ignore them and they will disappear after a few seconds. After doing this five times, the Bullet will automaticly be unlocked.

Yup… that’s the secret. Every time you encounter one of these Bullet Kin (The first, most basic and easy enemy you fight in the game) keep him alive. Kill everything else in the room, but keep this bugger alive at all costs… These caped Bullet Kin are passive, even though they’re holding guns, they won’t attack you.
