There’s two different paths you can take for this. The more legitimate way is to save data from a Twilight Princess file on Wii U to the amiibo. It doesn’t matter how far you are in TP, just the act of saving the data to your amiibo will give Wolf Link 20 hearts when you activate him in BOTW.
