Can the White Phial be fixed?
The Mammoth Tusk Powder can be located at most of the Giant camps. The quest directs you to Stonehill Bluff where you can walk into the camp and loot the item from a large bowl without having to fight. Once you’ve gather the three components and returned them to Quintus, he will repair the White Phial.
