Greed Mode sees you fight through ten to eleven waves of enemies (including bosses) over six floors until you reach the seventh floor where you face the end boss Ultra Greed. Each floor will consist of two Item Rooms (one of which needs a key), a shop, a secret room, and a curse room.
Where are the red secret rooms?
These red secret rooms are called Ultra Secret Rooms. They can only be accessed by creating a new room adjacent to it or by teleporting to it using the reversed card “XVIII – The Moon?”. You can create new rooms by using the item Red Key, the trinket Crystal Key, or the consumables Cracked Key or Soul of Cain.

The sixth floor (The Shop) does not have any Treasure Rooms but does have the Shop and Curse Rooms. The final seventh floor has no waves and contains only three rooms, the largest of which contains the game mode’s final boss . When playing Greed Mode, a yellow coin () will appear on the HUD, below the consumables.
How to get Delirious items in Greed mode?
Understandable, since Delirious would be extremely OP in Greed Mode. For Greeds Gullet: play as isaac and look for a beggar card. Use it in the secret room, let the beggar pay out his item and reroll until you get Greeds Gullet.
How many floors are there in Greed mode?
However, one-room temporary effects, such as The Book of Belial, will remain across waves, and items that activate upon entering a new room will not activate when a new wave starts. Greed mode has seven total floors, five of which are based on floors found in the main game.
Is there a way to get greed’s gullet?
You’ll go mad from all the retries. Greed’s gullet is a secret room item. Sadly other than same Chaos/restock trick above I don’t have any advice there. You COULD keep resetting until you find it by bombing into the secret room on each of the 1st 2 floors. But that could get tedious really fast.
