Currently you can Prestige each perk four times, but the game files indicate that in the future we may be able to Prestige each Perk up to five times.

Each of the five Divisions have their own ranks. Once you have levelled the fourth rank, you can choose to Prestige like you would your overall Soldier rank. You get more EXP per Zed if you play on a higher difficulty. Larger Zeds give bigger boosts as you increase the difficulty while smaller ones give the same EXP on Hard/Suicidal/HoE.
