Just go to the conquest tab (guild invasion on the guild page) and click on the planet you wish to invade and then click invade. Depending on the size of the guild, and the amount of people who are going to help out, you might be better of starting on the small yield planet, and seeing how that goes.
How do Guild invasions work?
The Guild Invasions tab shows the Conquest Points your guild needs to earn accumulated from all characters’ personal conquests for the week. To unlock it you need to choose a planet to invade and a Yield for it. Until you commit to a planet to invade, you cannot see your guild’s progress.

How many Guild strongholds can you have?
