Tried uninstalling and installing the previous build Nexus Mod Manager-0.16.4. Received an error. Uninstalled again, tried installing 0.17.1 again, and received the same error. CreateProcess failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation. Running the exe as administrator seemed to work, but after the load screen it failed to open.
