How do you get picked for The Block?
Firstly, you are required to fill out a questionnaire which contains ‘a hundred’ personality questions that take ‘days to fill out’. This is to block applicants out of the process who aren’t serious contestants. Next, you will need to produce a short video with your partner to wow the producers.

Couples must be aged between 18-65, energetic and with a sense of humour. First round couples will be reduced to final participants in the first week of filming. Successful couples must be available for a 10-12 week shoot period from late February, 2021.
