How do I stop TNT breaking blocks?
There is currently (14w07a) no way to prevent TNT from dealing damage to blocks short of spawning in water at the location of the TNT, which then leaves you with random water sources….you have 3 options:
- Don’t let the players have TNT.
- Install a “TNT breaks no blocks” mod.
- Get rid of the gun mod.
Can TNT break barrier blocks?

So activate the 1st command with a fill clock, then have a comparator from the /execute command activate our final command block then in the command block that gets activated by the comparator put in /kill @e [type=PrimedTnt] that just gets rid of the tnt so it only spawns one creeper so the final result should look something like this.
