Do you shuffle after Ambassador?
Yes shuffle the Court Deck after the Ambassador so no one knows which cards were returned. You can only use the defensive power to protect yourself against against the assassin or captain.

When playing Coup with two players, the starting player receives only 1 coin at the beginning of the game. Each player takes one set, secretly chooses one card and discards the rest.
