So, villagers sleeping in the nether, they treat it like any other bed, they go to bed, they don’t explode, you should make it so when a Villager goes to sleep in the nether, they explode just like us players.

Why are villagers safe in Nether and end dimensions?
The only problem I found is, they kept jumping into lava. So fencing the village would be a necessity. I think this would only be useful for farms that include villagers (iron farm, villager breeder, etc) because there are no risk of lightning bolts turning the villagers into witches

Raids don’t work in the nether, though I can’t tell if that’s intentional or because of the terrain. Raids do work in the End however, and the same ole’ pillagers spawn. It’s kind of funny how the safest option for a village is to put it in the nether, lol
