Momentary Blink doesn’t say to exile it face down, so it’s exiled face up. Once it is in exile, it is just an Akroma, Angel of Fury card, with no memory of its existence on the battlefield. Then it enters the battlefield as a creature with no memory of its previous existence on the battlefield or in exile.
Can you flicker auras?
Blinking an Aura will let you choose a new object to attach it to when it re-enters, yes. Just note that if you blink something like [[Control Magic]], the creature that you originally cast it on will no longer be under your control.
Does shroud stop auras?
Shroud prevents a permanent from being targeted by any spell or ability, regardless of the color, type, cost or source of the ability. And while aura enchantments do target when cast, they is nothing that prevents a permanent with Shroud from having an aura attached to it.
