Controlling Asia brings in 7 bonus armies a round, Europe and North America 5, Africa 3, and South America and Australia are each worth 2.

How to keep the loyalty of a conquered city?
Only conquer cities near your own cities, so that the pressure on then keeps them loyal. Adopt the military policy that gives +2 loyalty to cities with a garrisoned unit, and then garrison a unit in each city you conquer.
