Can you return to the Isle of Mists?
Yes you can, but a few quests will fail if you haven’t completed them.

No, it doesn’t end free roam. You’re free again after bald mountain, and there’s a LOT of game left.

Cyberpunk 2077 players think they’ve found a new reference to The Witcher 3’s Ciri in Night City. Near the conclusion of Geralt’s adventure, Ciri makes mention of having been to a futuristic city while hopping through worlds, sparking speculation from players expecting Ciri to appear in CD Projekt’s new game.
Should I let Ciri talk to the lodge by herself?
Ciri will be standing outside a door waiting to speak with members of the Lodge of Sorceresses. Geralt can either insist on going to the meeting with her or tell her she’ll be fine and let her go alone. Players need to allow Ciri to go alone if they want this choice to count towards a positive ending.
Is Ciri actually in Cyberpunk 2077?
Even if it’s a total coincidence, Ciri does make another appearance in the game – albeit in the form of the cover star on a retro gaming magazine found in the Cyberpunk’s prologue for Corpo players. It may well be a while before we find out, however, as Cyberpunk itself clearly has a long way to go.
