Do expert accessories work in normal words?
Yes, except for the demon heart. And if you already have it activated, the 6th slot will be disabled.
Does Master Mode give more loot Terraria?
Being the difficulty above Expert mode, Master mode shares almost all effects with the old hardest difficulty. Bosses have their Expert mode AI and will still drop treasure bags with their Expert mode exclusive loot.

In Master Mode, most enemies and bosses are powered up by one level, can detect Link’s approach easier and regain health over time; however, there is a limit to their health recovery. Some enemies, such as Lynels, also appear in more areas, including the Great Plateau.
