What does Cannot be traded in mean?
Cannot be traded in means that you can’t use it for the 5 items trade up (where you choose 5 items of the same quality and it gives you an item of higher quality)
Can you trade Blueprints with other players?

you can’t get any of the painted wheels as drops anymore you have to trade up 5 painted default bodies/default boosts to get one. it’s really risky but if you have 5 burnt sienna road hogs it’ll most likely be worth it.

No blueprints, and it doesn’t drop as an item any more. Only way to get them uncommon is to trade for them.
Why are you not able to trade with other players?
I think if the realms are connected you can trade cross realm much like how you can join guilds cross realm, but if its simple CRZ there’s no trading. What kind of items can not be traded in RuneScape?
