Tresdin, the Legion Commander, is a melee strength hero fitting the role of carry. A highly mobile and somewhat tanky hero, her skillset and gameplay revolve mainly around killing off targets and especially backliners and supports, with her ultimate, Duel. Each successful Duel grants Tresdin permanent bonus damage.
How good is Legion Commander?
Legion Commander is a competent solo offlaner. Overwhelming Odds, her nuke, means she can harrass and last hit safely, and can pull the hard camp from farther away than most melee offlaners.
What counters Legion Commander?
Ethereal Blade stops Legion Commander from attacking during Duels but just like Ghost Scepter, doesn’t last as long as the duel. Heaven’s Halberd stops Legion Commander from attacking during Duels, and gives its owner evasion even after the active ability ends.

What does moment of courage do for Legion commander?
Mjollnir boosts Legion Commander’s farming speed a lot since Moment of Courage can proc Chain Lightning. Mjollnir’s active, Static Shield furthers this while also increasing damage output during Duels and/or team fights. In addition, the raw attack speed and damage are always welcome on Legion Commander.
What happens when Legion commander wins a duel?
If either hero dies during the duration, the hero winning the Duel gains permanent bonus damage. Legion Commander autocasts Press The Attack after winning a Duel. Increases the duel duration and makes both duelists immune to damage outside of duel. Grants Spell Immunity to Legion Commander for the duration.
What does the Lifesteal do in Legion commander?
Later on in the game, the lifesteal is huge, and is what gives you higher EHP during duels, allowing you to take on enemies with more damage. Legion Commander and the target enemy hero are forced to attack each other for a short duration. Neither hero can use items or abilities.
What happens when Legion commander becomes Ethereal?
Silences and mutes both, Legion Commander and the target. If a dueling unit becomes ethereal, it still attacks the Duel target, and can still be attacked by the Duel target (though still won’t be damaged by the physical attacks). If a dueling unit gets hexed or disarmed by Frostbite or Overgrowth, it stops attacking for its duration.
