Whenever a player moves into a room he should make a “Suggestion.” A “Suggestion” consists of naming a Suspect, a Weapon and the Room into which the player has moved. AS SOON AS A PLAYER MAKES A SUGGESTION THE PAWN OF THE SUSPECT NAMED AND THE WEAPON NAMED ARE BROUGHT INTO THE ROOM NAMED IN THE SUGGESTION.
What do the clock cards mean in clue?
Intrigue cards
Those Intrigue cards which do not grant an extra action are called Clock Cards. The player who draws the eighth Clock card is eliminated from play. Any player who draws a Clock Card thereafter is also eliminated.
Does everyone show a card in clue?

Cut off the excess paper. Then, just stick a paper clip in each headband in the middle of each player’s forehead to hold the clue cards. Place the cards face down in the middle of the playing area. Have each player place a headband on his or her head.
Is it against the rules to make a suggestion?
It is not against the rules, however, to deliberately make a Suggestion naming one or two cards that you hold in your own hand to mislead other players or to narrow your search for one specific suspect, room, or weapon. If the player to the left cannot prove the suggestion wrong, then the next player to the left attempts to prove it wrong.
