In old versions it was in *\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2. Now there we have two folders named “steam_profiles” and “profiles”.

Except that it is in fact the folder where the save.sii is located which is what the question was as the OP wants to do a save edit. The game is using the files in the folders in Docs, nowhere else. Why the devs would put some saves in a user-friendly folder and then other saves in a complete random folder ?
